The Director of Finance will maintain comprehensive oversight of all financial and accounting functions. Responsibilities include the month-end close process, financial reporting, budgeting, and business planning in collaboration with senior leadership. The director will manage the fund and grant processes, ensuring compliance with terms and objectives. Key tasks also involve cash and treasury management, ensuring financial stability and liquidity, along with supervising payroll and benefits administration. The role is integral in developing financial procedures, supporting audit processes, and managing regulatory compliance.
In addition to managing day-to-day financial operations, the Director of Finance will participate actively as a member of the senior management team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
