The client is seeking a Director of Finance & Administration to oversee the financial operations, human resources, and compliance of the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will lead financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Director will also be responsible for managing cash flow planning, maintaining financial systems and policies, and developing annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
In addition to financial responsibilities, the Director will also oversee compliance, risk management, and human resources functions. This includes managing contractual agreements, insurance coverage, vendor contracts, grant-related obligations, and lease agreements. The Director will also supervise and support staff members, providing training and mentoring to strengthen their understanding of budgeting, financial processes, and administrative systems.
