The client is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Director of Estates to lead the development and delivery of its estates strategy. This role will shape the physical environment of the client’s campuses, ensuring estates and facilities are safe, sustainable, future-ready, and aligned with the organization’s ambitions for growth, excellence, and inclusion.
The Director of Estates will provide both strategic and operational leadership for the client’s estates and facilities functions and will lead implementation of a new five-year estates strategy across a varied and diverse estate portfolio. The position involves guiding estate planning and delivery to support the client’s broader goals and ensuring that campus environments meet institutional needs over time.
The successful candidate will have experience leading estates and capital development across multi-site organizations. They will be expected to provide confidence to the board and to lead credibly across a complex and diverse organization, ideally with experience in the public sector.
