The Director of Estates & Facilities at LifeArc will be a key member of the Extended Leadership Team and will report directly to the Deputy CEO. This senior role will be responsible for overseeing all facilities, health and safety, and estates management across multiple sites in London, Stevenage, and Edinburgh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all facilities are maintained to a high standard and that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.The Director of Estates & Facilities will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic plans for the management of facilities and estates, as well as overseeing budgets and resources effectively. They will also be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure that all facilities are operating efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and health and safety, as well as experience in leading teams and managing multiple sites.
