The Head of Engineering will report to the Vice President of Vibro-Acoustics and will be responsible for collaborating with operations and product management teams to develop and enhance products to meet customer requirements. They will also work closely with operations to deliver BOMs and other production engineering deliverables, as well as integrate new technologies from the Director of R&D into product offerings. The candidate will focus on leveraging digital engineering tools to automate design and production of customized solutions, leading change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of digital tools and automation solutions across engineering teams.In addition, the Head of Engineering will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, IT, and Operations to integrate digital engineering and automation strategies, while engaging with customers, industry experts, and regulatory bodies to stay ahead of emerging trends. The role will involve a strong emphasis on utilizing digital engineer tools to streamline processes and enhance product offerings, ultimately driving innovation and efficiency within the engineering department.
