The client, Canada's oldest chocolate and confectionery company located in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, is seeking a Director of Engineering and Maintenance to lead modernization efforts and drive operational excellence across their manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the COO, the Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to modernize infrastructure, improve system reliability, and support automation and growth objectives.
