Our client is looking for a Director of Education to lead the advancement of student achievement and well-being, implement strategic direction, and ensure effective operations of the school system. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Director will serve as both Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the Board, guiding system leadership, strengthening community relationships, and fostering a culture of transparency, accessibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will start in August 2026 and will focus on relationship-building in their first year, understanding the organization's culture, regional diversity, and operational context. Through visible leadership, transparent communication, and thoughtful decision-making, the Director will build trust across the organization and establish a clear and strategic path forward for student success.
