Description

As the Director of Digital Marketing and Experience, you will lead and guide a digital team in advancing a people-first, digital-first approach. You will help shape and execute digital strategy to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that are engaging and relevant to audiences in Canada, while supporting decision-making through democratized data, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

You will lead three team areas: Digital Experience, Social Media, and Email Marketing. You will work closely with other senior leaders across content and creative, technology and operations, and neighbour experience, contributing to the overall direction of the Marketing and Digital Growth portfolio and supporting strategy development for a multi-year marketing and digital growth plan.

Key responsibilities include leading digital transformation efforts by fostering an agile and innovative mindset; creating and testing new tactics across web, social media, and email; developing social media strategy to build awareness of the brand and mission; establishing ongoing email workflows and tactics; driving optimization and testing on online web properties; and building a data-informed approach to digital analytics. You will also coach the team to maintain highly collaborative relationships with neighbour-facing groups, and balance digital momentum with the organization’s relational commitments. Required qualifications include exceptional written, oral, and visual presentation skills to interact effectively with senior leadership and across the broader organization.
