The client is seeking a Director of Demand Partnerships to build trusted, long-term relationships with investment, programmatic, and insights leaders at top agencies. This role will use agency and sales expertise to drive adoption of a measurement tool that supports how televisions and CTV advertising are planned, optimized, measured, and monetized. The director will be expected to influence senior clients and agency teams through data-driven recommendations and strategic storytelling that clearly articulates value.
Key responsibilities include driving demand and adoption with new agency teams across major agency holding companies and accelerating programmatic growth through data-driven storytelling. The role will engage marketing, media, and insights leaders to understand agency needs and align positioning, and will lead strategic discussions throughout the sales cycle, including methodology overviews, dashboard walkthroughs, and deep-dive data sessions. The director will also help leadership build a targeted prospect account list, maintain an active pipeline of meetings and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are appropriately scoped and client value is maximized.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in adtech or agency environments in sales or client service, with a track record of navigating large, matrixed organizations and aligning cross-functional stakeholders across investment, strategy, analytics, and planning. Experience developing client strategies or POVs that lead to adoption of new media approaches, partners, or platforms is expected, along with strong organizational skills and comfort working with ambiguity. The director will be accountable to quarterly bookings and revenue sales targets and should be motivated by measurable impact and adoption; success will be supported through use of CRM software to track outreach goals, deal activity, and performance against financial targets.
