We are hiring a Director of Data to lead and evolve the data and analytics function across the business. This is a leadership opportunity to take ownership of an established data capability and drive the next phase of growth by maximising value through analytics, insight, and predictive capabilities. The foundations include modern data infrastructure, a central data platform, and a suite of data-led products designed to support commercial outcomes.
The role will focus on leading data and analytics activities across the business, driving adoption of data products, and improving data literacy to strengthen commercial impact. You will deliver advanced analytics and predictive insights to support client campaigns, embedding data into decision-making through close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will execute an established data strategy and scale analytics capability in line with business needs.
We are looking for senior experience leading data and/or analytics functions, with a strong background in analytics, insight, and the use of data to deliver commercial value. The ideal candidate will be able to influence and engage senior stakeholders and will be technically credible, with proficiency in SQL and Python and experience working with modern data platforms.
