We are seeking a Director of Data Science to lead and advance our data science and AI efforts. In this role, you will help guide the strategy and execution of data-driven initiatives, ensuring that models and analytics deliver measurable impact. You will oversee the development of AI and data science solutions and work to strengthen how data and insights are applied across the organization.
Responsibilities will typically include directing end-to-end data science work, from problem definition and experimentation through model development and deployment, and ensuring quality and reliability of outputs. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into analytical approaches, prioritize opportunities, and foster a culture of strong research practices and continuous improvement. You will also be expected to set technical direction and help mentor and develop team members.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in data science and AI, with a solid background in building and applying machine learning or advanced analytics to real-world problems. You should be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and drive results in a fast-moving environment. The role is permanent and based in the USA.
