We are hiring a Director of Data for a global rewards and marketing analytics business. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maximizing the value of an established data and analytics platform, with an emphasis on delivering against an existing roadmap rather than defining strategy from scratch. You will lead a small data and analytics function, driving execution and helping the business extract greater commercial value from its data products.
Key responsibilities include turning data into commercial insight and client value, driving adoption of analytics and data products, and supporting the development of predictive and advanced analytics capabilities. You will also improve data literacy and stakeholder engagement, and work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure analytics capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes.
The role typically requires a strong background in analytics, BI, and advanced analytics, along with hands-on experience using SQL and ideally Python. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are important, as is comfort operating in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and influencing effectively within a small, hands-on leadership structure. Preferred experience may include loyalty, rewards, marketing analytics, or consultancy, along with exposure to AI and predictive analytics, and experience in global or multi-market organizations.
