This leadership role will oversee a team of direct and indirect staff and reports to the Director of the Department of Human Services. The position is responsible for advancing the use of data-driven approaches within public systems to deliver practical, measurable improvements.

They will bring deep expertise in areas such as analytics, technology, or product development, and will partner across programs to ensure data and technology initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

They are expected to work effectively even when answers are not immediately available, taking ownership to move initiatives forward and help build more effective and efficient public services.
