As the Director of Corporate Marketing at the client, you will report directly to the Head of Global Marketing & Communications and lead the development and execution of the corporate marketing and PR strategy and brand image. You will manage corporate marketing, brand development, and public relations initiatives from concept through implementation and reporting, providing both leadership and hands-on involvement to ensure programs are delivered effectively.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams such as web, store concept, education, and sales to deliver key marketing tools; establishing and managing relationships with the PR function; and owning and managing corporate and functional marketing budgets. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to gather inputs for corporate marketing programs, manage inside and outside vendors involved in photography, video, imagery, and printed materials, and set timelines to oversee the timely development of brand and marketing assets within a corporate marketing tool kit.
You will also be expected to bring the brand to life through distinctive marketing approaches, strengthen expertise in the customer care outsourcing market, and support the monitoring and review of corporate marketing, lead generation, and PR strategy alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong research to identify channels and communities that drive brand awareness, rigorous measurement and analysis of program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources, and collaboration with an internal Business Intelligence team to determine and prioritize content needs. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business studies, communications, or related areas; typically 6–9 years of B2B marketing and/or global corporate marketing experience; and demonstrated leadership, communication, creativity, project management, vendor management, and digital performance measurement skills.
