The client is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to establish and scale its M&A function. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to source, execute, and integrate acquisitions, helping to drive growth and strategic alignment.
The ideal candidate will have five to 10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory, with demonstrated end-to-end M&A execution experience. They should be able to support deals from initial sourcing through closing and integration, coordinating effectively across internal stakeholders.
Experience in IT services or adjacent business services industries is preferred. The role is focused on building repeatable M&A capabilities and supporting acquisition strategy through strong analytical thinking, transaction execution discipline, and effective partnership with senior leaders throughout the process.
