The Director of Compliance and Legal Affairs is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all compliance matters and coordinating legal affairs on behalf of the organization. This role includes addressing healthcare-specific compliance issues, such as provider agreements and HIPAA compliance, in addition to traditional higher education legal matters. The Director will be a key member of the business affairs leadership team, ensuring alignment with business goals and values while leading compliance and regulatory efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.This position offers a remote opportunity, allowing the Director to build strong relationships across the organization and nationally. Candidates can choose to work on site, in a hybrid capacity, or fully remote. Travel to key events and meetings is expected, with travel costs covered by the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive compliance expert comfortable in a dynamic environment, ready to lead compliance efforts while fostering strong relationships within the organization.
