Description

the client invites nominations and applications for the Director of Compensation role. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director serves as the lead strategist and subject matter expert for compensation, classification, and job architecture, with a focus on advancing the client’s people strategy through equitable, market-informed, and sustainable compensation frameworks.

The Director provides strategic leadership for the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the client’s compensation programs and practices. This position supports organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and institutional priorities by ensuring compensation and job architecture are structured to meet business needs while promoting internal equity and competitiveness.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong expertise in compensation strategy, classification, and job architecture, along with the ability to lead program development and ongoing improvement.
