the client seeks a collaborative, detail-oriented, data-savvy professional to serve as the Director of Clery Compliance. In this role, the director will manage and monitor compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) in partnership with offices across the client, ensuring that university leadership is kept informed and supported in meeting compliance expectations.
the director serves as the designated Campus Safety Survey Administrator and as the Records Custodian for Clery Act-associated records. the role includes coordinating the client’s Clery Act compliance program by developing, updating, and maintaining relevant policies, ensuring ongoing adherence, and convening a university-wide Clery Act Compliance Committee with representatives from applicable offices to oversee compliance across the client and any additional campuses.
the director also develops and conducts training for relevant stakeholders and campus safety authorities, and prepares, publishes, and supports the distribution of the Annual Security Report and the Annual Fire Safety Report. The position is hands-on and highly collaborative, with an emphasis on building cross-campus relationships to support campus safety and continuous Clery compliance.
