Siena College in Camberwell is looking for a new Director of Business Services and Company Secretary to join their team. Reporting directly to the Principal, this role is a key member of the College Executive and Leadership Team and serves as the Company Secretary for the College Board. The Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across all non-academic operations of the College, including finance, IT, property and asset management, risk and compliance, corporate governance, marketing, and admissions.This appointment comes at a time of significant change within the school, with a new Principal and several new senior leaders joining the College. The Director of Business Services and Company Secretary will oversee financial sustainability, master planning, asset utilization, and business operations, while ensuring robust governance frameworks and compliance with all legislative and regulatory obligations. Working closely with the Principal and the Chairs of the Finance, Strategic Property, and Risk Committees, the Director will play a critical role in enabling the College's strategic priorities and long-term viability.
