The Director of Business Performance will work closely with leadership teams at portfolio companies to support initiatives aimed at improving performance and sustaining value over time.
In this role, you will partner with portfolio company leadership on efforts such as evaluating pricing strategies, improving operational workflows, and refining marketing channels. You will help translate performance insights into actionable priorities that drive long-term outcomes across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier firm and is currently in an operating role within industry.
