Roseville College is looking for a Director of Business Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership in business administration, financial management, and resource stewardship. This individual will work closely with the Principal and be a key member of the College Executive team, supporting the effective and sustainable operation of the College while advancing its Vision, Mission, and Values. The Director will oversee key operational areas such as finance, enrolments, human resources, facilities, risk and compliance, information technology, and business systems, ensuring compliance with relevant financial and corporate regulatory requirements.In addition to leading a broad professional services portfolio, the Director will also provide governance support to the College Council, acting as secretary and fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have high expectations for quality, fiscal responsibility, reporting, and risk management, and will play a critical role in advancing the College's Christian foundation. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage multiple operational areas and drive strategic initiatives to support the overall success of our client.
