The Director of Boarding will be responsible for overseeing the boarding house to create a safe and supportive living environment for students. This includes providing leadership to the boarding staff, implementing best practice boarding initiatives, and promoting exemplary student pastoral care. Building strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community will be essential in this role, as well as ensuring compliance with child protection policies and legislation. Additionally, the Director will be expected to uphold the College's values and Special Character.Reporting to the Principal, the Director of Boarding will work closely with teaching and support staff to support students' emotional, physical, and academic well-being. The role will involve revitalizing the boarding environment, providing effective leadership, and fostering a nurturing and structured living environment for students. With the support of a part-time Boarding Assistant, the Director will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive boarding experience for all students at the College.
