The Head of Boarding position involves overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the Boarding House, including managing a team of boarding professionals and ensuring the wellbeing of students. The Head of Boarding will be responsible for maintaining high standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the Boarding House remains a top choice for families seeking a safe and supportive environment for their children.Reporting to the Deputy Principal, Wellbeing and Operations, the Head of Boarding will play a key role in strengthening connections between boarding and school life, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Boarding House.
