As the client continues its next phase of integration and strengthened delivery, it seeks a Director of Assets & Compliance to join the senior leadership team. This strategic leadership role will help shape how the client invests in and manages its homes for the long term, with a focus on meeting high standards of building safety, compliance, and asset performance in a complex, regulated environment.
The Director will carry corporate responsibility for asset management, building safety, and compliance across a large housing portfolio of approximately 15,000 homes. Reporting into the Group Executive Director of Operations, the role will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure operational excellence day to day while enabling long-term, data-driven investment decisions that support safe, high-quality homes for residents.
The client is looking for an experienced, values-driven leader with strong technical and strategic capability, and the ability to lead through others. Candidates are expected to have a clear understanding of building safety and compliance frameworks and experience in long-term asset planning, with a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.
