Description

the client is expanding its operational infrastructure and is hiring a senior operations leader to anchor the effort. This role will support growth across multiple U.S. locations on a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC, and is designed for a builder who enjoys designing systems, professionalizing operations, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment.

You will lead and develop a large, regional team across multiple locations, establishing performance standards, coverage models, and career development pathways. You will design and implement a formal operating model for Administrative Services across the Americas, defining roles, service boundaries, escalation protocols, and workload allocation frameworks. You will also build an enterprise-wide corporate travel program from scratch, including policy development, partner/vendor selection, duty-of-care protocols, and integration with executive assistant service delivery, while overseeing conference services and front-of-house teams to ensure a consistently strong experience for internal stakeholders and external guests.

The role will include establishing SOPs, governance structures, and KPIs across administrative support, travel, expenses, and executive operations, and serving as a senior operational partner to firm leadership by managing complex escalations and driving change across a geographically distributed organization. You will own the talent lifecycle for the executive assistant community, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and long-term succession planning, and manage vendor relationships and budgets tied to administrative services, staffing, and corporate travel. The client is looking for 5–10+ years of experience in corporate administration management, executive services, or operational leadership, with 3+ years managing multi-site teams, along with demonstrated experience building enterprise programs from the ground up and familiarity with executive-level support standards in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
