The Director Medical Services will report to the Chief Medical Officer and will be responsible for overseeing the Medical Workforce Unit and Medical Education Unit. This role will involve serving as the primary contact for medical workforce issues, as well as leading and supporting the delivery and development of clinical services, workforce planning, and training. The Director will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the highest quality of medical services are provided across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in medical workforce management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of medical services and improve workforce planning. The Director will also be involved in mentoring and supporting medical staff, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the organization's goals are met.
