Noverra is seeking a Director of Leadership Development to enhance leadership capacity across its portfolio of companies. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director will be responsible for developing and executing a leadership development strategy that focuses on scaling leadership depth and enhancing delegated decision-making. By translating strategic objectives into practical learning experiences, the Director will help leaders at all levels become stronger, more effective communicators and team builders.The Director will prioritize applied coaching, daily leadership habits, and real-time problem solving over traditional classroom-driven programs. Building trust-based relationships with leaders across the organization will be crucial, requiring the Director to spend time in each business, understand operational realities, and deliver tangible value early on. This role will directly contribute to growth, integration success, and long-term enterprise value creation by strengthening leadership depth and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
