The Director, Innovation + Quality Improvement is responsible for overseeing the improvement and innovation initiatives within our client, working closely with the Executive Director to identify areas for enhancement. They lead the process of assessing and prioritizing projects, as well as developing and evaluating strategies to drive improvement. The Director is tasked with maintaining a comprehensive project portfolio and providing guidance to Senior Project Coordinators and the Faculty and Development Outreach department to ensure alignment with our client's cultural-safety, education, simulation, and relational culture goals.In addition to managing the project portfolio, the Director plays a key role in advancing our client's overall quality improvement efforts. They work to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of our client's operations. The Director collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are effectively executed and contribute to the overall success of our client's mission and objectives.
