The client is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team in either Dartmouth, NS, or Calgary, AB, to support their national workforce. This role involves accountability for HR, Payroll, and Health & Safety functions across the organization. The Director will report directly to the President and provide strategic HR leadership while being a key advisor during significant organizational change.
