The Director, HR Business Partnership roles at our client will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic HR business partnering model. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, these positions will be responsible for partnering closely with senior leaders in distinct portfolios such as Retail & Commercial Banking, Digital Bank, and Corporate Functions. The Directors will support transformation, organizational effectiveness, and evolving business priorities by providing strategic HR guidance and support.The ideal candidates for these roles will have a strong background in HR business partnering, with experience in supporting organizational transformation and driving business priorities.
