The Director, Health, Safety, Environment (& Quality) (HSEQ) will be responsible for overseeing occupational health, workplace safety, environmental compliance, and potentially quality management and regulatory performance within our client. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this role will involve providing leadership, guidance, and direction to a team of 10 HSEQ professionals, with a focus on enhancing the company's safety culture and operational foundation. The Director will also be tasked with improving data utilization, driving consistent implementation, and ensuring quality execution across projects and the organization as a whole.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in health, safety, environment, and quality management, with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and advance the company's strategic and operational objectives in these areas. They will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a track record of successfully implementing safety initiatives and improving regulatory compliance.
