The Director, Growth and Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance organizational sustainability and drive growth. This includes cultivating partnerships with various sectors such as healthcare, academia, industry, government, philanthropy, and the community to advance innovative revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and CFO, the Director will lead initiatives that support the organization's Vitally You strategy by identifying and advancing strategic collaborations and purpose-aligned ventures.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving enterprise growth and expanding our client's reach through strategic partnerships and innovation-enabled initiatives. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
