This position will oversee operations in Spain and Portugal and requires the candidate to be based in either Madrid or Barcelona, with the expectation of working on-site in Barcelona during the week. Candidates must have 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales, including field sales and leadership roles within dynamic sales organizations. A proven track record of driving growth and managing complex sales cycles is essential, along with substantial experience in premium consumer goods or technical lifestyle products. The candidate should have strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, marketing activities, and consumer behavior trends, and the ability to communicate complex structures simply to various stakeholders.
