The position requires deep understanding of industrial and production processes across three production sites to reduce technical dependency and minimize misinformation from middle management. The role will coordinate and consolidate key functional areas that are transitioning toward formal executive leadership roles, including commercial direction, operations direction, and administrative direction. The leader will align these areas to ensure effective execution and organizational coherence during the transition.
The successful applicant is expected to have strong commercial experience with demonstrated support for brand growth, along with in-depth knowledge of manufacturing and industrial processes. The role also requires the ability to manage three production plants with business and operational competence, and availability to relocate as needed to support the organization’s needs.
