the client is seeking a senior business leader responsible for guiding and aligning existing lines of business with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. This role will support the search for and development of new business opportunities and will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate company activities to ensure achievement of strategic plan objectives and goals.
Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, coordinating, reviewing, evaluating, and continuously improving company procedures and policies, as well as associated activities, initiatives, and projects. The role will manage budgets to achieve established financial targets, collaborate with partners and other stakeholders and internal teams to define and execute strategies, and oversee day-to-day operational and financial management across multiple business units.
The successful applicant will represent the client in interactions with external parties. Requirements include a higher university degree, with postgraduate education (such as an MBA or similar) valued but not mandatory, and more than 10 years of experience in executive or leadership roles within technology services or engineering companies. Experience leading or managing financial activities for teams or business units focused on engineering or technology projects is preferred, along with the ability to lead expert unit directors and a background developed across varied technical, project, or product environments.
