the client is seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and financial strategy. In this role, you will partner with executives to translate financial insights into performance and growth, driving decision support and strengthening the organization’s planning processes.
Responsibilities include leading the FP&A function, team, and enterprise planning processes; owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; and partnering with leadership to provide strategic insights and analysis. You will deliver reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics, while also driving continuous process improvements, systems enhancements, and the use of analytics to improve planning and forecast effectiveness.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with 12+ years of finance experience with FP&A leadership. You should have strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, experience leading teams, and a track record of influencing senior leadership. Manufacturing experience is preferred, and an MBA, CPA, or CFA is considered a plus.
