The Director, Financial Reporting and Training is responsible for overseeing the preparation of internal management reporting and external compliance financial reporting for our client and its 12 consolidated entities. This includes ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial statements and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. The Director also plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the organization's general ledger and providing leadership in financial training to promote financial literacy and best practices in financial reporting and accountability.Reporting to the Associate Vice-President, Financial Planning and Operations, the Director is responsible for providing guidance and expertise to all organization financial statement users. The position involves fostering financial literacy across the institution and supporting informed financial decision-making through accurate and reliable financial information.
