The client is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead the development and operations of the Environmental Services department in a newly built hospital in Moses Lake, Washington. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will involve overseeing a team of direct reports and FTEs, implementing operational workflows, providing staff training, and evaluating the use of robotics in the facility. Ideal candidates will have a background in environmental services leadership, be collaborative team players, and possess strong communication and coaching skills. Union experience is preferred for this role.
Requirements for the position include a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred), a minimum of two years of leadership experience, and five to seven years of experience in environmental services. The base salary range for this position is $91,000 to $121,000 annually, with additional benefits such as health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
