The position is responsible for designing and executing the Human Talent strategy aligned with the business vision. Priorities include strengthening internal communication, developing equitable compensation programs, ensuring compliance with personal data protection, driving organizational climate, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring effective management of key talent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years in HR leadership positions in service organizations with a focus on talent as a strategic axis. They should have a professional background in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related areas, with a deep knowledge of talent strategies and organizational culture. Strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to lead multifunctional teams and manage strategic projects, as well as advanced English proficiency and knowledge of labor regulations in Mexico are required.
