The client is seeking a Director of Database Management, Finance & Analytics to support the organization’s leadership team and advance data-driven fundraising and patient impact goals. This role manages core CRM and analytics activities, ensuring data integrity and quality while providing business analysis, fundraising analytics, reporting, and data integration across the organization.
The Director oversees and optimizes systems and processes across donor care, database management, IT, and finance teams to align with fiscal, legal, and regulatory requirements. In collaboration with the Finance Team, the position supports transparency and accuracy of data and procedures between accounting systems and the organization’s CRM platform, and manages vendor relationships related to CRM services. The role also leads research, documentation, and maintenance of operational and database management policies and procedures, including coding structures, table entries, and gift processing workflows.
Key responsibilities include leading database management and analytics: supervising database integrity and coordination functions; fostering data proficiency through training, guidance, and mentorship; ensuring reporting and gift entry responsibilities are completed accurately and with PCI-related compliance; and managing data integrity, analytics, data pulls, and reporting from the CRM database. The Director conducts in-depth analysis to identify trends and insights, develops and maintains dashboards and reports to support decision-making, and evaluates and implements new tools and software to improve productivity, while partnering with finance leadership to streamline reconciliation between CRM and accounting systems.
