The Director, Cybersecurity Strategy & Operations at our client will be responsible for advancing the organization's digital capabilities and strengthening its approach to risk, resilience, and responsible innovation. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Digital & Information Technology, the Director will lead the development of an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance framework, and operating model. This role will involve providing strategic and hands-on cybersecurity leadership, supporting the protection of digital assets, data, and technology platforms, and enhancing organizational resilience.The Director will work closely with executive leadership, technology teams, Legal and Privacy partners, and external service providers to evaluate and enhance established policies, standards, and processes for effective cyber risk management, audit readiness, incident response, secure digital delivery, and compliance with Canadian privacy legislation and emerging federal AI regulation. Additionally, the Director will oversee third-party cybersecurity risk from a technical perspective and provide clear, business-relevant insights on complex cyber risks to executive-level discussions. This position is crucial in ensuring the organization's cybersecurity strategy aligns with its overall goals and objectives.
