the successful applicant should have proven cyber security leadership experience and strong hands-on expertise across multiple cyber domains, including SIEM, IAM/PAM, and XDR/endpoint detection, as well as intrusion detection, scanning, and vulnerability management. the role also requires demonstrated experience implementing security solutions end to end, configuring and operating security platforms, and leading teams that run these systems, along with a background in financial services or other regulated environments; the candidate must be able to operate effectively at both technical deep-dive and senior stakeholder levels, and fluent English is required with German as a plus.
