The Director Connected Communities position at our client is responsible for overseeing a diverse range of services including maternal and child health, youth and family programs, recreation, economic development, events, and grants. Reporting to the CEO, the Director will be part of an executive team that focuses on empowerment, fostering a positive culture, and upholding organizational values. With four direct reports and approximately 85 staff members under their supervision, the Director will play a key role in leading and managing the Connected Communities portfolio.The ideal candidate for this role will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing a broad range of community services, and a commitment to promoting community well-being. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to the community.
