Our client is looking for a Director Community Services to lead a diverse portfolio including aged care, youth services, libraries, arts and culture, and more. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves overseeing approximately 310 employees and managing a budget of around $50 million. The successful candidate will have the chance to shape a new vision for the directorate that aligns with the Council Plan and meets the needs of the community.The ideal candidate for this position will be an energetic and dynamic leader with experience in managing large teams and budgets.
