The Director, Commercial & Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for structuring and negotiating multi-year partnerships and sponsorships, as well as holding tenants and concessionaires accountable for performance tied to gross sales. This role requires hands-on leadership throughout the commercial lifecycle, from strategy development and business case preparation to negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management. Operating in a private equity-backed environment, the Director will need to deliver results quickly and be accountable for financial outcomes, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations in a matrixed structure.Success in this role will require strong negotiation skills, the ability to drive partnerships that align with business objectives, and a focus on maximizing revenue opportunities. The Director will need to be proactive in identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, while also managing existing relationships to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
