The role involves structuring and developing a new turnkey solutions operation, taking on leadership and responsibility for business development and sales. This includes planning, team hiring and development, commercial operations and execution, and key account management. The successful candidate will work directly with strategic clients, lead complex negotiations, and ensure the closure of high-value contracts. They will also develop and implement a business plan and commercial strategy with clear growth targets, identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and propose customized solutions. Collaboration with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance, and operations) to ensure the delivery of complete and efficient solutions is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project development, sales, or business leadership in the renewable energy sector, particularly with turnkey solutions. A background in Engineering or related fields is desirable. Strong experience in consultative sales, negotiation of complex contracts, and new market development is required. Knowledge of financial viability calculations and return on investment analysis, as well as proficiency in tools like MS Office and CRMs, is necessary. The successful applicant will have a strategic mindset, the ability to build high-level relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
