Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a Director, Business Applications to lead the enhancement and optimization of the organization's enterprise applications, including Epic and Workday. Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer, the Director will collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer and financial operations team to anticipate operational needs and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. They will work closely with Ensemble to align workflows, manage integration points, and drive continuous improvement in outsourced revenue cycle operations. The Director will also keep executive leadership informed on progress, risks, system performance, and resource needs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.The Director will serve as a primary liaison between Ensemble, internal stakeholders, and IT leadership, promoting transparency, accountability, and effective change management. They will safeguard the integrity, security, and reliability of business systems during upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, while shaping and refining standards, governance practices, and procedures to support quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Strong partnerships with leaders, staff, clinicians, and key vendors will be essential in this role. The Director will guide the development of a unified, business-aligned roadmap for enterprise applications, ensuring they operate as reliable, scalable foundations for daily operations and long-range strategic initiatives.
