The Director Arts will be responsible for leading the global arts team at our client, focusing on setting strategic direction and ensuring the successful delivery of programmes, partnerships, contracts, and services to achieve maximum impact, influence, income, and positive cultural relations outcomes. As a key member of the Cultural Engagement Executive Team, the Director will work to align dispersed specialist teams, enhance organizational capability and performance, cultivate strategic relationships with government, arts stakeholders, partners, clients, and funders, and contribute to the financial sustainability of the arts portfolio.The role will involve overseeing a wide range of activities related to arts programming, including managing partnerships, contracts, and services to drive cultural engagement and promote positive cultural relations globally. The Director will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the arts portfolio, enhance the organization's reputation in the arts sector, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful and innovative arts initiatives. Additionally, the Director will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive forward our client's mission of promoting cultural exchange and understanding through the arts.
