Director, Streaming Product and Growth: This is a leadership opportunity to shape the commercial future of a large-scale digital streaming business undergoing significant transformation. You will own and accelerate the growth of a subscription proposition, driving both revenue and customer engagement while influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
As a Director, you will act as the business owner for a key subscription product, with full accountability for growth, commercial performance, and customer experience. Responsibilities include defining and delivering the strategic vision for the subscription proposition (positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy), owning end-to-end P&L performance to drive revenue growth and improve commercial outcomes, and developing and executing growth plans across acquisition, retention, and engagement with a focus on lifetime value and churn reduction. You will also lead subscription modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
You will shape and optimize the customer journey, including free-to-premium conversion mechanics, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, analytics, content, and commercial teams to deliver impactful initiatives. The role also involves influencing senior stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams to execute a shared strategy, and identifying opportunities for partnerships, product enhancements, and market expansion. The position is expected to be suited to someone with strong commercial experience in digital subscription, streaming, or direct-to-consumer businesses, proven capability in leading growth strategies and managing P&L, and expertise in subscription mechanics such as pricing, churn management, and revenue forecasting, along with a data-driven mindset and experience delivering large-scale cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
