The client is offering a rare opportunity to shape the commercial future of a large-scale digital streaming business undergoing significant transformation. As a Director, you will own and accelerate the growth of a subscription proposition, driving revenue and customer engagement while influencing at the highest levels of the organization.

As a Director, you will serve as the business owner for a key subscription product, with full accountability for growth, commercial performance, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering the strategic vision for the subscription proposition (including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy), owning end-to-end P&L performance, and developing and executing growth plans across acquisition, retention, and engagement with a focus on lifetime value and reducing churn.

You will also lead subscription modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions, and shape and optimize the customer journey, including free-to-premium conversion mechanics. You will collaborate across product, marketing, analytics, content, and commercial teams to deliver impactful initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams, and identify partnership opportunities, product enhancements, and potential market expansion. The role typically calls for strong commercial experience in digital subscriptions, streaming, or direct-to-consumer businesses, with proven growth leadership and P&L accountability, alongside expertise in pricing, churn management, and revenue forecasting.
